• David Hoyle Ruppe, Jr., age 32, of Country Meadows Lane in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for school attendance law violation and a show cause order for failure to pay. No bond.
• Angela Jane Jenkins, age 50, of Spindale St. in Spindale, was served with a criminal summons. No bond.
