Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana.
  • Christina Jackson reported an incident of assault on a female.
  • Becky Ray reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.

Arrests
  • Joshua David Aaron Gray, age 18, of Lynch St. in Rutherfordton, was cited for driving while license revoked and possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Angela Darlene Jefferson, age 31, of Roberson Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for cyberstalking, second degree trespassing, damage to property and communicating threats. She received a $2,000 unsecured bond.
