Arrests
  • Marcus Elton Wilkins II, age 31, of Crestview Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of schedule III, possession of schedule IV and possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Keevonta Jocquel Hopper, age 22, of Shelby, was cited for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Halie Jeanette Tesnear, age 24, of Heritage Ave. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Casey Emmanuel Briggs, age 31, of Poors Ford Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $25,000 secured bond.
