Incidents
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, no operator’s license, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a firearm with altered serial number.
- Otis Suber reported an incident of a missing person.
- Jeffrey Walker reported an incident of credit card fraud.
Arrests
- James Harrison Penland, age 33, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and no operator’s license. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
- Tondaleigh Marie Wilkerson, age 49, of Springdale Dr. in Spindale, was arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a firearm with altered serial number, interfere with electronic monitoring device. She received a $7,500 secured bond.
- Megan Leigh Lussier, age 28, of S. Magnolia St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear. She received a $2,750 secured bond.
- Christopher Brian Carpenter, age 27, of Holland St. in Forest City, was served with a notice of hearing for violation of unsupervised probation. No bond.
- Kevin Matthew Pruett, age 34, of Forest City, was served with a show cause order for failure to pay fines. No bond.
