Incidents

  • Margie Beavers reported an incident of a dog bite.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
  • An officer from the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired.
  • An officer from the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired, resisting arrest and possession of an open container.
  • Courtney Houser reported an incident of larceny.
  • Vincent Ciavatta reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.

 

Arrests

  • George Robert Scott, age 54, of Dobbins Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Bridget Ann Samuel, age 29, of Kent Dr. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for first degree trespassing and larceny. No bond.
  • Ricardo Dominguez, age 29, of Joan Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired, no operator’s license and possession of an open container. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Timothy Edward Tutt, age 53, of Railroad St. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired, resisting arrest and possession of an open container. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Keoshia Rashaudda Rudisill, age 25, of Duke St. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Ashley Katrina Frye, age 25, of Turner St. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
