Arrests
  • Crystal Cash Sams, age 42, of W. Liberty Street in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Luis Martinez-Campos, age 30, of Lakewood, Colorado, was arrested for no operator's license. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Stephanie Michelle Dorsey, age 34, of Jessica Lane in Forest City, was arrested for possession of Hydrocodone, possession of Adderall and two counts of possession of Clonazapam.
  • Kaylee Marie Piercy, age 16, of Spring Creek Drive in Forest City, was arrested for shoplifting. She received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Summer Louise Whitener, age 17, of New Line Rd. in Henrietta, was arrested for shoplifting by concealment. She received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Pablo Honesto Hernandez, age 23, of Willow Run Drive in Forest City, was arrested for DWI, no operator's license, reckless driving and no insurance. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • David Howard James Jr, age 37, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested on two outstanding warrants for failure to appear. He received a $7,000 secured bond.
  • Randy Williams Guffey, age 45, of Seitz Drive in Forest City, was arrested for DWI and driving while license revoked.
  • Charles William Truett, age 29, of Centennial Rd in Rutherfordton, was arrested for criminal trespass. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Richard Russell White, age 59, of Girl Scout Camp Rd. in Mill Springs, was cited for possession of synthetic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Donna Lee Dysart, age 47, of Baynard Street in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for harassment. No bond.
  • Perry Joseph Stanley, age 36, of First Street in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for felony probation violation. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
