Incidents
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine.
- Brien Hunter reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
- An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of first degree trespassing and larceny.
Arrests
- Alexis Morgan Jones, age 20, of Race Path Church Rd. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
- Regina Hutchins Maxwell, age 53, of West 5th Street in Rutherfordton, was arrested for two counts of larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
- Ricky Dell Dixon, age 37, of Duke St. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny. He received a $500 secured bond.
- April Rebecca Thomason, age 31, of Duke St. in Forest City, was arrested for first degree trespassing. She received a $500 unsecured bond.
