- Sean Stark, age 48, of W. Spruce St. in Forest City, was arrested for violation of a valid protection order. He received a 48 hour hold.
- Heather Nicole West, age 32, of Poors Ford Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for resisting a public officer. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
- Andrew Robert Holloway, age 26, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested on possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and resisting arrest. He received a $20,000 secured bond.
