Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of damage to real property, discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling, and violation of local ordinances.
• An employee of Mountain Palms, LLC reported an incident of breaking and entering.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests

• Chelsea Renee Loveday, age 30, of Hendersonville, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
