Incidents

• Diana Horton reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of habitual impaired driving and identity fraud. (See arrest of Swanger)
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of DWI, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. (See arrests of Hollifield and Henson)
• An employee of Dollar General reported an incident of larceny.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Timothy Hutchins reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny.

Arrests

• Tyler Jordan Alford, age 23, of US 74 Business in Ellenboro, was cited for larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
• JoMatthew Stanley Henson, age 18, of Spindale St. in Spindale, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• Rachel Elizabeth Fletcher, age 25, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana. She received a written promise to appear.
• Stevie Wayne Swanger, age 64, of Jessica Lane in Forest City, was arrested for habitual impaired driving and identity fraud and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $780,700 secured bond.
• Kelsey Brianne Hollifield, age 18, of Island Ford Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for DWI, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
• Joshua Nathaniel Aldrich, age 25, of Harris Henrietta Rd. in Mooresboro, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
• SanAntonio Strowbridge, age 33, of Wadley, GA, was cited for possession of an open container in a passenger area. He received a written promise to appear.
