Incidents

• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and second degree trespassing. (See arrest of Blanton)
• An employee of Ollie's Bargain Outlet reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests

• David Allen Chandler, age 50, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for communicating threats and harassing phone calls.
• Maxine Campbell Blanton, age 62, of Old Caroleen Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny and second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
