Arrests
  • Tina Michelle Belue, age 48, of Mill Springs, was arrested for speeding to elude arrest, assault with a deadly weapon, driving while license revoked, shoplifting and larceny. She received a $5,500 secured bond.
  • Marcus Daniel Edwards, age 36, of Church St. in Ellenboro, was arrested on warrants for cruelty to animals and failure to appear. He received a $5,500 secured bond.
  • Durell Andre Mayse, age 35, of Proctor School Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Terrance Edmond, age 31, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for simple assault. He received a $500 secured bond.
  • Mark James Murray, Jr., age 27, of Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing, larceny and obtaining property by false pretenses. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Amber Leann Rich, age 25, of Big Island Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for obtaining property by false pretenses. She received a $6,000 secured bond.
