Arrests

  • Cynthia Inez Flack, age 51, of Southers Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Timothy Matthew Jacob Hice, age 33, of McArthur St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
