Incidents

• Catherine Gregory reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of assault on a female, second degree trespassing, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and second degree trespassing.
• An employee of J’s Salvage reported an incident of forgery of bank notes.
• David Brown reported an incident of larceny and credit card fraud.

Arrests

• Johnathan Wayne Champion, age 34, of Dogwood Lane in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female, second degree trespassing, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a 48 hour hold.
• Robert Charles Alstad, age 60, of Doggett Rd. in Forest City, was cited for second degree trespassing and larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
