Arrests
- Angelo Markeith Boyce, age 32, of Dogwood Lane in Forest City, was arrested for DWI and also served with two true bills of indictment for habitual larceny. He received a $17,500 secured bond.
- Timothy Scott Burt, age 28, of County Line Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
- Christopher Warre Ledbetter, age 29, of Drake Circle in Ellenboro, was cited for possession of an open container in the passenger area of a motor vehicle. He received a written promise to appear.
- Darrien Maurice Watkins, age 23, of Willow Run Drive in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
- Melissa Gwen Brooks, age 50, of Honeycutt Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for shoplifting by concealment. She received a written promise to appear.
