Incidents
  • An employee of Tri City Concrete reported an incident of breaking and entering into a motor vehicle.
  • Robert Alvarez reported an incident of aggravated assault.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of schedule III.

Arrests
  • Jon Christopher Yelton, age 42, of Londonberry Lane in Lake Lure, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of schedule III. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Christian Matthew Garrett, age 20, of Elizabeth Ave in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $25 secured bond.
