About LSP
Legacy Soccer Park was completed in March 2026 to serve as a hub for the county's growing soccer community. It was constructed by the RHI Legacy Foundation using funds from the foundation itself, the State of North Carolina, and the Rutherford County TDA. The Town of Forest City now operates the park and shares joint ownership of the facility with Rutherford County.
The park consists of one artificial turf field, five natural turf fields, two mini urban soccer pitches, a playground, and other amenities.
Rental Information
Please contact the Parks and Recreation Department at (828) 248-5220 to rent LSP. Rental fees are as follows:
