Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of schedule VI and child restraint violation. (See arrest of Owens)
• An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

• Laura Nicole Owens, age 28, of Wisconsin St. in Spindale, was cited for possession of schedule VI and child restraint violation. She received a written promise to appear.
• Ezra Harold Patton, age 20, of Westwood St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.

• Brandon Fay Blankenship, age 30, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for assault and battery. No bond.
