Arrests
  • Taylor Anne Marshall, age 24, of Doggett Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of schedule VI. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Lennal John Dasher, age 24, of Stagecoach Dr. in Gaffney, was cited for possession of schedule VI. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Samantha Grace Hopper, age 34, of Gilboa Church Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Timothy Robert Lanum, age 46, of E. Main St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for violation of a domestic violence protection order. He received a 48 hour hold.
