Incidents

• Sharon Rooks reported an incident of larceny and larceny of a credit card.
• An employee of Carolina Bank and Trust reported an incident of damage to property.
• Robert Littlejohn reported an incident of breaking and entering, larceny of a firearm and damage to property.
• Rebecca Bailey reported an incident of breaking and entering and larceny of medication.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of sell/deliver schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An employee of Mighty Dollar reported an incident of trespassing.
• Pablo Torrez reported an incident of trespassing.

Arrests

• Joni Lynn Rogers, age 36, of Washington St. in Forest City, was arrested for second degree trespassing. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Anthony Ray Melton, age 32, of Crestview St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for sell/deliver schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
• Jessica Lynn Shires, age 21, of Davis Lake Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay child support. She received a $400 secured bond.
