Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of fictitious information to an officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Laura Greene reported an incident of larceny.
• Kelany Hampton reported an incident of fraud.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule IV controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and an open container.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver of schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests

• April Dawn Greene, age 34, of Biddy Ln. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear and also charged for fictitious information to an officer. She received a $20,500 secured bond.
• Cassandra Monique Edwards, age 47, of Clyde St. in Spindale, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $500 unsecured bond.
• Heather Kay Murray, age 28, of Harmon St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for cyberstalking. No bond.
• April Shardea Murray, age 25, of Harmon St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for cyberstalking. No bond.
• Holly Renee Laughter, age 29, of Hawkins Loop Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
• Michael Brent Ferree, age 24, of Joy Lane in Mill Spring, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver of schedule II controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule IV. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
• Ricky Darrell Holt, age 36, of Old Pacolet Rd. in Spartanburg, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, open container and possession of schedule IV. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
