Arrests
- Arlo Raymond Swink, age 34, of Marshall St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for resisting a public officer. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
- Tondaleigh Marie Wilkerson, age 46, of Springdale Dr. in Spindale, was cited for shoplifting and second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
- Julianne Caroline Kramer, age 30, of Summey St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $500 secured bond.
