Incidents

• Becky Parfitt reported an incident of assault on a female.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An employee of B&L Auto Sales reported an incident of larceny of a dealer tag.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of a firearm by a felon.

Arrests

• Emily Nicole Cogdell, age 22, of Shelby, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $500 secured bond.
• Nicholas Colton Black, age 27, of Shelby, was arrested on a warrant for parole violation. He was placed on a hold.
• Lee Anthony Brisbon, age 48, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
