Incidents
- An employee of Horn Chiropractic reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- An employee of Bojangles reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny and safe cracking.
Arrests
- Richard Cody Allen, age 28, of McSwain Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $500 secured bond.
- Alicia Ryan McSwain, age 19, of Pae Ridge Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for driving while license revoked. She received a $500 secured bond.
- Robert Douglas Hollifield, age 34, of Wilkie St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay child support. He received a $600 cash bond.
- Anthony Lamont Edrington, age 42, of Chesnee, SC, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay child support. He received a $375 cash bond.
- Kathy Leanne Campbell, age 33, of Park Circle in Forest City, was cited for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
- Jonathan Michael Chancy, age 29, of Park Circle in Forest City, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
- Robert Darrell Price, age 49, of Young St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for assault on a female. No bond.
