Arrests
  • Christine Peggy Ledford, age 39, of Asheville, NC, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Jessica Nicole Bridges, age 27, of W. Trade St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Kenneth Ray Owenby, age 34, of Jay White Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on warrants for possession of schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia and also charged with possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II and possession of a controlled substance in a correctional institution. He received a $30,000 secured bond.
  • Pamela Roxanne Greene, age 50, of Willow Run Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for larceny by price substitution. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Isaac Matthew Bumgardner, age 31, of E. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Angellica Dawn Ruppe, age 27, of Country Meadows Lane in Ellenboro, was served with a criminal summons for first degree trespassing. No bond.
  • Tiquila Cash Logan, age 39, of Cowan St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for first degree trespassing. No bond.
