Arrests
  • Stephanie Nicole Laney, age 29, of Poors Ford Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited for shoplifting. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Brandon Lee Buff, age 28, of Lambs Grill Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Ashley Nicole Greene Church, age 30, of Hill St. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for breaking and entering and larceny. No bond.
  • Demitri Lamar Williams, age 16, of Dillashaw Dr. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Justin Keith Anthony Garrett, age 21, of Elizabeth Avenue in Forest City, was arrested for disorderly conduct at a funeral. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Angelica Hope Peeler, age 32, of Fish Camp Rd. in Forest City, was cited for possession of schedule VI, possession of schedule II and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Christopher Isaiah Whiteside, age 36, of Dogwood Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $30,000 secured bond.
  • Jovi White Allen, age 31, of Helton Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for probation violation and failure to appear. She received a $12,500 secured bond.
  • April Annette Bumgardner, age 27, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested for resisting arrest. She received a $1,500 secured bond.
  • Jonathan Lee Robinson, age 33, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested for violation of a domestic violence protection order and second degree trespassing. He received a 48 hour hold.
