• Missy Danielle Couch, age 28, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and larceny. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Seth Cordell Ervin, age 23, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired. He received a custody release.
