Arrests
  • Chanika Shanta Joiner, age 38, of E. Branch Ave. in Shelby, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Janice Merle Duty, age 75, of Eskimo Dr. in Bostic, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
  • James Ryan Walker, age 22, of Edwards St. in Rutherfordton, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
