Incidents
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired.
- An employee of Oakland Auto Sales reported an incident of larceny of a dealer plate.
- Maria Cabrera Cantarero reported an incident of larceny.
- Timothy Davis reported an incident of larceny and larceny of a motor vehicle.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of schedule I, possession of drug paraphernalia and warrant service.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle and warrant service for failure to appear.
Arrests
- Vickie Corpening Brown, age 53, of Park Circle in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired. She received a written promise to appear.
- Timothy Darrell Davis, age 60, of W. Main St. in Spindale, was arrested on warrants for second degree trespassing and assault on a female. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
- Brandi Alicia Hutchins, age 25, of Morningstar Lake Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and also charged with possession of schedule I and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $22,000 secured bond.
- Christopher Ray Hipp, age 43, of Taylor Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle and also served with a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $30,000 secured bond.
