Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct.
• Susan Sadeghian reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
• David Rapp Jr. reported an incident of larceny of a motor vehicle.
• An employee of Friendship Chrysler reported an incident of a worthless check.
• David Brown reported an incident of credit card fraud.
• Joseph Beam reported an incident of breaking and entering and first degree trespassing.

Arrests

• Nathan Patrick Zirkle, age 42, of Wilmington, NC, was arrested for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
• Dawn Marie Ellis, age 44, of Ted Smith Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for disorderly conduct. She received a custody release.
• Mark James Murray, Jr., age 25, of Greenbriar Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
• Joseph Phillip Duncan, age 29, of US Hwy 221A in Mooresboro, was arrested for breaking and entering and first degree trespassing. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
