Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of malt beverage by an underage person.
• Bruce Sammons reported an incident of a dog bite.

Arrests

• Joel Velasquez, age 17, of Millview St. in Forest City, was cited for possession of malt beverage by an underage person. He received a written promise to appear.
• Sherwaun Rice, age 20, of S. Church St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
• Kim Undria Curtis, age 46, of Groce St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
