Incidents
  • An employee of Hardin Drugs reported an incident of attempted use of a counterfeit bill.
  • An employee of Arby's reported an incident of attempting to pass substitute money.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny and second degree trespassing.
  • Amy Butler reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests
  • Bobby Alan Nash, age 57, of Washington St. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired. He received a custody release.
  • Jamie Butler Morrison, age 39, of Piney Ridge Rd. in Forest City, was cited for larceny and second degree trespassing. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Amanda Domine Shimer, age 34, of Loblolly Lane in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for injury to personal property. She received a $2,500 secured bond.
  • Tyler Sint'el Hamilton, age 28, of Bentwood Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female and also charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received an $8,000 secured bond.
  • Hannah Michaela Miller, age 25, of Charlotte, NC, was arrested for driving while impaired, no operator's license and failure to maintain lane control. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
