Incidents
- An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.
- Jeanne Miller reported an incident of damage to property.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of possession of an open container in the passenger area.
- An officer of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of driving while license revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Robert Swanson reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
Arrests
- Jessica Charlene Helton, age 36, of J.A. Hampton Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
- Joshua Demetrius Wright, age 24, of E. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. He received a $12,500 secured bond.
- Ricky James Watson, age 49, of Poors Ford Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
- Arthur Junior Murray, age 23, of West St. in Rutherfordton, was cited for possession of an open container in the passenger area. He received a written promise to appear.
- Shaquille Tyson Wilkins, age 26, of Johnson St. in Spindale, was cited for possession of an open container in the passenger area. He received a written promise to appear.
- Carlos Javier Corujo Torres, age 43, of Second St. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while license revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
- Percell Edward Ledbetter, age 36, of W. Court St. in Rutherfordton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
- Rickey Green Jr., age 42, of Wells Dr. in Forest City, was served with a show cause order. No bond.
