- Council approved the updates to the nuisance ordinance.
- Council awarded the bid for the Park Square Depot project to Quinn Sales, Inc. dba Custom Paving. Four bids were received with the low bid for the base bid submitted by Quinn Sales, Inc. dba Custom Paving with a total bid price of $1,854,660.
- Council approved the cancellation of the November 17 meeting.
- Council approved a budget amendment to the General Fund to allocate a $5,373.70 grant from the National Police Dog Foundation, Inc. The grant proceeds were awarded to provide medical care for FCPD K-9 Thor.
- Manager's Report from Town Manager Janet Mason, which included the success of Trick-or-Treat on Main St, the installation of Christmas stringer lights on Main St by Public Works, and an update that the Town expects to hear this week about the $500,000 Dogwood Trust grant.
