  • Sarah Champion reported an incident of larceny of a firearm.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • Stacy Cacioppo reported an incident of damage to property.

 

Arrests

  • Christopher Ryan Fortenberry, age 25, of Old US 221 N. Hwy. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for larceny. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Joshua Taylor Ingle, age 38, of Countrywood Dr. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. No bond.
