Arrests

  • Gary Kenneth Kimbrell, age 56, of Whitesides Rd. in Rutherfordton, was cited possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Gary Smith Gambill, age 58, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Douglas Wayne Bolick, age 51, of Shelby, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Sharlene Whisnant McKinney, age 60, of Conner St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Gerry Charles Kirby, age 52, of Trailwood Dr. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for first degree trespassing. No bond.
  • Carlos Dwayne Boykins, age 44, of Jameson Inn Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault inflicting serious injury. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Gary Kenneth Kimbrell, age 56, of Whitesides Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • River Blaize Jackson, age 18, of Coxe Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for driving while impaired, provisional licensee, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, underage possession of alcohol, speeding, fail to maintain lane control, fail to heed to blue light and siren and open container of alcohol by the driver. He received a written promise to appear.
