Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of misdemeanor child abuse.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests
  • Christian Matthew Garrett, age 19, of Elizabeth Ave. in Forest City, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
  • Delores Johnson Twitty, age 45, of Amity Dr. in Forest City, was cited for resist, obstruct and/or delay an officer and driving while license revoked. She received a written promise to appear.
  • Jessica Michele McGinnis, age 33, of Jefferson Rd. in Mooresboro, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
