Incidents

• An employee of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of PWIMD Sch II, Maintain Dwelling, Possess a controlled substance in a correctional institution, DWI.
• An employee of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of Possession with intent to Manufacture Sch VI, Posses drug paraphernalia, and DWLR.
• An employee of the Forest City Police Department reported an incident of Possession of Sch VI, and Possession of drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests

• Jennifer Lynne Earls, age 35, of Beachwood Rd in Mooresboro, was arrested for of PWIMD Sch II, Maintain Dwelling, Possess a controlled substance in a correctional institution, DWI and FTA. She received a $10,500 secured bond.

• Jason Ramey Harris, age 35, of McBrayer Ct in Forest City, was arrested for Possession with intent to Manufacture Sch VI, Posses drug paraphernalia, and DWLR. He received a $5000 secured bond.

• Sabrina Lyons Hoyle, age 35, of McArthur St in Forest City, was arrested for FTA. She received a $500 secured warrant.
• Bryan Wayne Bowen, age 39, of Sunnyside St in Forest City, was arrested for DWI. He received a written promise to appear.
• Tyson Obrien Murray, age 28, of Gail Dr in Forest City, was arrested on a warrants for Second Degree Trespass and communicating threats. He received a $2500 secured bond.
• Stephanie Nicole Laney, age 30, was served a Criminal Summons for injury to personal property. She received a written promise to appear.
• William Leon Boykins Jr, age 30, of Gypsy St in Forest City, was served a Criminal Summons for injury to personal property. He received a written promise to appear.
