Incidents

• Ashely McDowell reported an incident of intimidating a witness.
• Joshua Allen reported an incident of breaking and entering with larceny.
• Charlotte Baynard reported an incident of breaking and entering.
• An employee of Drop In #2 reported an incident of obtaining property by false pretenses.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana.

Arrests

• Emerald Ivy Flack, age 26, of Seitz Dr. in Forest City, was served with a criminal summons for first degree trespassing. No bond.
• Tywon Maddox, age 38, of Conner St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for second degree trespassing and communicating threats. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
• Benjamin Alan McCombs, age 21, of Terry Rd. in Ellenboro, was cited for possession of marijuana. He received a written promise to appear.
