Incidents

• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of marijuana.
• An employee of Brookdale reported an incident of domestic abuse of an alder adult.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of found property.
• An employee of Lifestyle Wellness & Spa reported an incident of breaking and entering.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of identity theft, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of driving while impaired.
• An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine.
• Robin Reep reported an incident of larceny of motor vehicle.

Arrests

• Tabitha Kay Broyles, age 30, of Pea Ridge Rd. in Bostic, was cited for possession of marijuana. She received a written promise to appear.
• Lena Buckner Toney, age 51, of Luckadoo Mtn. Rd. in Bostic, was arrested for on warrants for assault and battery, larceny, and also charged with identity theft, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $15,000 secured bond.
• Denise Marie Morris, age 45, of W. Stagecoach Trail in Shelby, was arrested for on warrants for two counts of failure to appear and also charged with identity theft, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $15,500 secured bond.
• April Renee Black, age 39, of US Hwy 74 Business in Ellenboro, was arrested for driving while impaired. She received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
• Kenneth Hugh Humphries, age 45, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
• Virgil Henry Oaks III, age 27, of Marion, NC, was arrested on a warrant for larceny. He received a $2,000 secured bond.
• Charles Clifton Mann, age 28, of Old Henrietta Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for impeding traffic. He received a $100 secured bond.
• Tyrell Keith Dickey, age 42, of Mauldin Way in Lake Lure, was arrested on warrants for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and larceny. He received a written promise to appear.
