Arrests
  • Neil Randall Cuthberson, age 30, of Cassidy Drive in Rutherfordton, was arrested for larceny. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • Heather Newton Jones, age 34, of Casar Rd. in Casar, was arrested for larceny and possession of schedule IV controlled substance. She received a $500 secured bond.
  • Jimmy Rogers Coffey, age 43, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested for reconnect utility, possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule IV, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of schedule II. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
  • James Luke McKinney, age 47, of Peachtree Street in Forest City, was arrested for driving while license revoked. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Travis Ray McMurray, age 34, of Bates Dr. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and cited for displaying a fictitious tag. He received a $5,000 secured bond.
  • Opal Dawn Ruppe, age 29, of Chatham Avenue in Rutherfordton, was arrested for assault on a government official. She received a $4,000 secured bond.
  • Chelsea Maria Crawford, age 19, of Holland St. in Forest City, was arrested for criminal trespass and damage to property. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Chelsea Maria Crawford, age 19, of Holland St. in Forest City, was arrested for breaking and entering. She received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Harley Alexis Noel Burns, age 19, of Clark Rd. in Spartanburg, SC, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a concealed weapon. She received a $3,000 secured bond.
  • Leighann Marie Craig, age 19, of Powerline Street in Forest City, was arrested for simple assault. She received a 48 hour hold.
  • Kelly Jo Cantrell, age 20, of Payne Dr. in Piedmont, SC, was arrested for possession of schedule I, possession of schedule II, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed weapon. She received a $23,000 secured bond.
  • Claude James Vickers, age 21, of Roy Goins Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Jonathan Corey Baynard, age 26, of Whiteside Rd. in Rutherfordton, was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of counterfeit currency and uttering a forged instrument. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
  • Donna Lee Dysart, age 47, of Baynard St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault. She received a $1,000 secured bond.
