Incidents

  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of receiving a counterfeit bill.
  • An employee of Burke’s Outlet reported an incident of receiving a counterfeit bill.
  • An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
  • An employee of Shytle Sign and Lighting Service, LLC reported an incident of wire fraud.
  • An employee of McDonald’s reported an incident of attempted counterfeiting.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of resisting a public officer.
  • An employee of Quality Plus reported an incident of larceny of motor fuel.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule III, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear.

 

Arrests

  • Rashid Armond Phillips, age 35, of Walnut St. in Henrietta, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting a public officer. He received a $3,000 secured bond.
  • David Glen Godfrey, age 59, of Byers Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for driving while impaired, open container and no operator’s license. He received a $1,000 unsecured bond.
  • James Samuel Champion, age 41, of Mimosa Ln. in Ellenboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and was also charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule III and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received a $500 secured bond.
