Arrests

• Sharon Denise Parker, age 49, of Shelby, was served with a criminal summons for a worthless check. No bond.
• Leslie Claudette Scruggs, age 44, of Harris Henrietta Rd. in Henrietta, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. She received a $2,000 secured bond.
• Justin Clark Millwood, age 31, of Race Path Church Rd. in Mooresboro, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $10,000 secured bond.
• Haley Michael Bradley, age 32, of WV Thompson Rd. in Rutherfordton, was served with a criminal summons for second degree trespassing. No bond.
• Amber Dawn Margraf, age 34, of S. Broadway St. in Forest City, was arrested for counterfeit controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a $5,000 secured bond.
• Brooks De Ledbetter, age 37, of Hill St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for non-payment of child support. He received a $207 secured bond.
• Teisha Amanda Kull, age 33, of Doggett Rd. in Forest City, was cited for second degree trespassing and possession of schedule II. She received a written promise to appear.
• Jorje Luis Mendoza, age 24, of Parr St. in Mooresboro, was arrested on warrants for driving while license revoked and probation violation. He received a $500 secured bond.
