Incidents

• Tarah Lynch reported an incident of discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.
• Briana Selfridge reported an incident of discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling, destruction of property, discharging a firearm within the city limits and assault inflicting serious injury.
• An employee of Wal-Mart reported an incident of larceny.
• Boyce Hart reported an incident of larceny.

Arrests

• Leslie Michelle Robbins Neal, age 46, of Big Springs Ave. in Forest City, was cited for larceny. She received a written promise to appear.
• Anthony Darnell Gary, age 52, of Westhaven St. in Forest City, was arrested on a true bill of indictment. He received a written promise to appear.
