Incidents
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia, flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle and reckless driving to endanger.
  • Karen Whitesides reported an incident of a missing person.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of disorderly conduct and discharging a firearm inside of the city limits.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of resisting a public officer, boisterous shouting and malicious conduct by a prisoner.

Arrests
  • Travis Eugene Shuping, age 35, of N. Main St. in Ellenboro, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of drug paraphernalia, flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle and reckless driving to endanger. He received a $15,000 secured bond.
  • Timothy Stephon Robinson, age 42, of Thompson St. in Forest City, was arrested for disorderly conduct. He received a written promise to appear.
  • Iva Lindsay Watt, age 30, of Roberson Rd. in Forest City, was arrested for resisting a public officer, boisterous shouting and malicious conduct by a prisoner. She received a $27,000 secured bond.
  • Jerry Charles Jenkins III, age 27, of W. Main St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for violation of a valid domestic violence protective order. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Robert Gene Sisk, age 31, of Hamilton St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $30,000 secured bond.
