Incidents
  • An employee of the Town of Forest City reported an incident of damage to property.
  • Jeffery Whitesides reported an incident of larceny.
  • Stephanie Laney reported an incident of assault on a female.
  • An officer of the Forest City Police Dept. reported an incident of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of schedule III and possession of schedule VI.

Arrests
  • Timothy Ray Louk, age 34, of Reagan Lane in Bostic, was served with a criminal summons for larceny. No bond.
  • William Leon Boykins, Jr., age 31, of Gypsy St. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for assault on a female. He received a 48 hour hold.
  • Myron Dillon Melton, age 35, of Hardin Rd. in Forest City, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear. He received a $1,000 secured bond.
  • Irine Alexandrovna Khabarova, age 22, of Adirondack Lane in Bostic, was arrested for possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of schedule III, possession of schedule VI and probation violation. She received a $13,000 secured bond.
