Utility Billing and Payment News

We are excited to announce that our online bill payment will be upgraded tomorrow, March 24. There will be no change to how customers reach online bill payment on the Town website, but you will notice enhanced options.

To make payments without creating a profile, you will still have the option to use Quick Pay in the top right corner.

For those that create a profile, you can add one or multiple accounts to your profile and receive notifications by email. This is helpful for those that have home and business accounts because you will be able to add each bill to your “shopping cart” and only enter your credit card information once for payments on multiple accounts.

A new feature is the acceptance of payments by eCheck/ACH. You will see that option when you get to the screen for the payment method.
